Proposals & Approvals

Suggest items, vote and approve the best ideas.

Suggest an idea

Suggest improvements or items for the karnet.

Steps

  1. Open a list that accepts proposals
  2. Click "Suggest an idea"
  3. Describe your proposal (title, description, details)
  4. Submit and wait for approval
  5. Once approved, the idea becomes an item in the karnet

Vote on proposals

Express your opinion on submitted proposals.

Steps

  1. View pending proposals
  2. Click on a proposal
  3. Vote: 👍 (for), 👎 (against), or ⚪ (no opinion)
  4. Optional: leave a comment (max 250 characters)
  5. Your vote counts towards approval

Approve proposals

The karnet manager approves the proposals.

Steps

  1. As manager, view pending proposals
  2. Read descriptions and votes
  3. Decide to approve, reject or request modifications
  4. The author gets notified of the decision
  5. Approved proposals become items

Comment on proposals

Discuss proposals with others.

Steps

  1. Open a proposal
  2. See the "Add a comment" form
  3. Write your opinion or question (max 250 characters)
  4. Validate to publish
  5. Others see your comments and votes
